A Bushel and a Peck {FREE PRINTABLE}

A Bushel and a Peck {FREE PRINTABLE}

My sister is theeee cutest chicken mom I have ever seen.  She loves her chickens and I am pretty sure that they love her too.  She’s going through some tough times and I was looking for a way to brighten her day so this idea came to me.  I whipped out my Wacom tablet, my computer and photoshop and painted portraits of her beloved chickens; DeMar, Bob, Spartan, Margo, Darth Vader and Steve (those names though!).  I love how it turned out so much that I wanted to share for free with others.   If you would like this digital file that you can print on your own and frame, here is what you need to do…

  1. Follow us on Instagram @emandcourtblog
  2. Tag at least one friend that you think would like the art and our blog in the Chicken Art post on Instagram.
  3. DM us your email address in Instagram so we know where to send the file.
  4. Follow us on Facebook.
  5. Comment below and let us know you completed these steps!

I hope you enjoy this art as much as I do!

XOXO

p.s.  If you are wanting a health update per my last post, look below!

Courtney’s weekly health journey update:  remember when I said I would do each meal plan for two weeks??  Well, I am going to change that to one week.  I have decided that I really can’t stomach some of the meals for two weeks, I need a change!  So I did the plan (see my last post here) and lost about a pound and a half right away.  I feel like it’s a healthy plan.  The food is all healthy and nutritious.  I like the fact that I am eating every 2-3 hours…I just got so darn bored of a piece of grilled meat and broccoli for dinner.   So I am moving on to a different plan.  I almost can’t stand chicken and broccoli!  This time I am going to do food prep in advance.  Healthy choices are easier when they are convenient.

  • Hello!

    I just came across your site and noticed you had a free printable for a bushel and a peck image.
    My grandma use to sing this song to us when we were little, she raises chickens also and I thought this would be amazing
    to give to her as a gift. Would I be able to get this free print?!
    Thanks so much!!
